Games Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

This policy applies to every mobile game published by Impulse Teknoloji ("we", "us") on Google Play and other stores, including the games listed in section 10. It explains what information our games handle, why, and the choices you have. A game may say more in its own store listing (for example in the Google Play "Data safety" section). If anything there differs from this page, the more specific information for that game applies.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not ask for, and our games do not collect, personal information such as your name, email address, postal address, phone number, photos, contacts, precise location or any account login. Our games have no chat or social features and do not let players share information with other players.

3. Information stored on your device

Games save progress (for example levels, stars, unlocked items) and settings (for example language, sound, music, vibration) in the game's own storage on your device. This information is not sent to us. Uninstalling the game, clearing its data, or using a "reset progress" option where the game offers one deletes it.

4. Advertising

Some of our games are free and may show ads. Section 10 says which games do. When a game shows ads:

• Ads are provided by Google AdMob or another network certified for the Google Play Families program.
• In games designed for children, ad requests are marked as child-directed (COPPA / "tag for child-directed treatment" and "under the age of consent"). Ads are therefore not personalised and are not based on the player's interests or behaviour.
• To deliver and measure ads, the ad network may process limited technical information such as the device model, operating system version, IP address and app version. In child-directed games the advertising ID is not used for personalised advertising. This processing is governed by the ad network's own policy, for example the Google advertising policy.
• Rewarded ads are always optional and clearly labelled. Ads are not shown while a child is actively playing a level.

Games marked "No ads" in section 10 contain no advertising code at all.

5. In-app purchases

Where a game offers a purchase (for example removing ads), payment is handled entirely by Google Play. We never receive card numbers or payment details; Google tells the game only whether the purchase succeeded. In games for children, purchase options sit behind a parent gate.

6. Crash reports and analytics

If a game uses a crash-reporting or analytics service, it is listed in section 10. Such services receive technical information only (for example device model, OS version, the error that occurred, and anonymous usage events). We use it solely to fix bugs and improve the game, never to identify a player or build advertising profiles.

Some games can show optional notifications, for example about a new event, and ask for permission first. These are delivered through Firebase Cloud Messaging, which uses a random installation token that is not linked to a name or account. You can turn notifications off at any time in the device settings.

7. Children

Many of our games are made for children. We comply with the Google Play Families Policy, the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR rules for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parent areas in our games are protected by a parent gate. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your rights, retention and security

Because our games keep data on your device and do not send personal information to us, there is normally nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. You can delete all game data at any time by uninstalling the game or clearing its storage. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, the UK, Türkiye under KVKK, or California) you may have rights to access, delete or object to the processing of personal data; to exercise them, or to ask about data an ad network holds, contact us using the details below. We protect any information we handle with reasonable technical and organisational measures.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, for example because a game adds a new service, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date before that version of the game is released. Section 10 is updated whenever a game is added or changed.
